Enhanced hours are provided on a rota basis and could be offered on Evening's and weekend's are available at this GP practice or at an NHS service nearby. Please speak with reception
Opening Hours
Staff are available at the following times and will receive incoming telephone calls from 8.00am Monday to Friday.
Far Lane Medical Centre
Monday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Friday: 8:00am to 6:30pm
Weekend: One Saturday morning in four.
For some of these hours 6pm to 6:30pm, and on Thursday from midday to 6:30pm the phone lines are diverted to an ICB-approved subcontracting service who provide an equivalent service to that offered by the practice. If you require medical attention during these hours, please call 0114 2347701 The GP Out-of-Hours service will take your call. Alternatively, call 111 or attend the NHS Walk-In Centre on Broad Lane. If you have a medical emergency, call 999.
Trafalgar House Medical Centre
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am to 6.00pm Please note that the surgery is closed between 12noon and 2 pm.
8.00am to 12.00pm Thursday
8.00am to 12.00pm Friday
Trafalgar phones will be transferred to Far Lane on a Friday till 6.00pm.
We have access for disabled persons at both surgeries.
Hubs

NHS Walk-in Centre
The Sheffield GP-led walk-in centre is open between 8.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week. It is located on the corner of Broad Lane and Rockingham Street and there is a pay-and-display car park nearby.
