Reception Hours

We accept incoming telephone calls from 8.15am Monday to Friday

Staff are available at the following times:

Far Lane Medical Centre

8.00am - 12 noon and 1.00 - 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
8.00am - 11.30am Thursday

Trafalgar House Medical Centre

8.00am - 11.30am and 3.00 - 6.00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8.00am - 1.00pm and 3.00 - 6.00pm Tuesday
8.00am - 11.30am Thursday

We have access for disabled patients at both surgeries.

Systmonline - A new way to contact us

Patients can log in from home or work, online or through digital TV, day or night, to request repeat prescriptions, or change address or contact details.

Please call into the surgery to obtain a username and password from reception.

Automated Reminder Service

We operate a free automated reminder service for all patients who have a mobile phone. Once we have your mobile telephone number we can send you a text to remind you of any upcoming appointments, health checks or tests and also health campaigns eg flu vaccination clinics.
