Reception Hours

We accept incoming telephone calls from 8.15am Monday to Friday

Staff are available at the following times:

Far Lane Medical Centre

8.00am - 12 noon and 1.00 - 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
8.00am - 11.30am Thursday

Trafalgar House Medical Centre

8.00am - 11.30am and 3.00 - 6.00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8.00am - 1.00pm and 3.00 - 6.00pm Tuesday
8.00am - 11.30am Thursday

We have access for disabled patients at both surgeries.

Emis Access - A new way to contact us

Patients can log in from home or work, online or through digital TV, day or night, to request repeat prescriptions, send secure messages or change address or contact details. Please contact Reception if you would like to sign up for this service.

Automated Reminder Service

We operate a free automated reminder service for all patients who have a mobile phone. Once we have your mobile telephone number we can send you a text to remind you of any upcoming appointments, health checks or tests and also health campaigns eg flu vaccination clinics.

Practice News and Notices

Flu clinics will be held at both surgeries in October 2009. We are now booking appointments. Please contact your surgery now as vaccine will be in great demand this year.

 

Swine Flu: National help line number 0800 15 13 100. Contact this number if you think you have the symptoms of swine flu. Do not visit your surgery in person.

If you have been diagnosed with swine flu and asked to contact your GP, please telephone your surgery where a message will be passed to a GP. Do not visit the surgery in person.
